Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Cottage Village Apartments is closed.

The HACSJ last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 10, 2021, until January 21, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Cottage Village Apartments is a Senior Apartment complex consisting of one and two bedroom units located in Manteca, CA.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications were not accepted.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who live or work in the county of San Joaquin.

3,000 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences. According to the HACSJ, "Applicants will receive an email by January 7, 2022, confirming whether or not they have been placed on the waiting list."
