Located in the Mechanicsville neighborhood, Passport Homes and Passport Residences were completed during the multimillion-dollar revitalization of the community with a HOPE VI federal grant in the early 2000s. Passport Homes are built in infill housing integrated into the existing community in two and three-bedroom duplexes and single-family homes. The housing units are designed to blend into existing architectural elements of the community.
