The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) last accepted Family-Style Housing waiting list applications for apartments at multiple properties from the earliest confirmed open date of June, 2021, until January 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Autumn Landing, Five Points 2, Five Points 3, Five Points 4, Lonsdale Homes, Mechanicsville, Montgomery Village, Nature’s Cove, North Ridge Crossing, Passport, The Vista at Summit Hill, Valley Oaks Apartments, and Western Heights 

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
