The Willows is another example of how SCCHA serves struggling communities by purchasing aging housing and performing substantial improvements to the property in order to preserve affordable housing for low-income tenants. There are 7, two-story wood-framed residential buildings with pitched roofing and a single one-story community building. The buildings include 24 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units, and 3 four-bedroom units in the complex. On-site resident services are available.
