Pinmore Gardens required a sophisticated land assembly effort to convert the underutilized site previously owned by multiple public sector owners, including the California Transportation Department and the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority. The conversion of the site resulted in a new and more serviceable subdivision map for the area.
