The Faxon, 1 and 2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The West Hartford Housing Authority (WHHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom Apartments for The Faxon from July 15, 2024, until July 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• The Faxon - Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $42,650 | 3 Persons $54,850
• 2 Persons $48,750 | 4 Persons $60,900

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

400 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
