Alfred E Plant Elderly Apartments PBV Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The West Hartford Housing Authority (WHHA) Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list is currently closed. It was last open on September 13, 2024.

Please note: According to the WHHA "All 137 units are affordable and restricted to those 55 years old and over".

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants completed the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

This was a random lottery. The West Hartford Housing Authority randomly selected 500 applicants from the applications submitted during the open period to add to the waiting list. The date and time of applications has no bearing on whether one is selected for the waiting list of where one is placed on the list. Those applicants that were selected in the lottery were notified by mail no later than October 1, 2024.
