Section 8 New Construction Project-Based Waiting List

The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) is accepting Section 8 New Construction waiting list applications for apartments at Hudson Hills Manor from the earliest confirmed open date of September 1, 2018, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application. Select a community link under the "Applications for Section 8 New Construction" section.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
