Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) is accepting Affordable Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Stonehenge Apartments and Sunset Hills apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application available online. Select a community link under the "Affordable Housing" section.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
