Royal Palm Place, Veteran and Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) last accepted Veteran and Senior (62+) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Royal Palm Place from June 2, 2020, until until the earliest estimated date of January 4, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the WPBHA, "The head of household must be a U.S. Veteran and be 62 years of age and older to apply."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
