St Andrews Residence and Christian Manor Apartments, Efficiency and 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Efficiency and 1-Bedroom apartments at St Andrews Residence and Christian Manor from March 18, 2023, until 500 applications were received for each property. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• St Andrews Residence, is located 208 Fern St, West Palm Beach, FL with Studio and one bedroom units.
• Christian Manor Apartments, is located at 325 Executive Center Dr, West Palm Beach, FL, with Studio and one bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
