The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for East Pointe Place ll apartments from July 28, 2023, until July 30, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• East Pointe Place Il  – 1, 2, and 3 bedroom

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
