Landing at East Pointe and East Pointe Place ll, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for Landings at East Pointe and East Pointe Place ll apartments from July 21, 2023, until July 25, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Landings at East Pointe – 2 bedroom
• East Pointe Place Il  – 1, 2, and 3 bedroom

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
