The Deerfield Beach Housing (DBHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Stanley Terrace Apartments from March 4, 2024, until March 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will open.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Stanley Terrace - located in Deerfield Beach, CO.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $40,320 | 4 Persons $57,600
• 2 Persons $46,080 | 5 Persons $62,220
• 3 Persons $51,840 | 6 Person $66,840

Preferences have not been confirmed.

500 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
