The Deerfield Beach Housing (DBHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Palms of Deerfield Apartments from March 4, 2024, until March 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list is for the following property:

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

500 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
