Northside Apartments, Eastside Apartments and Scattered Sites, 1-5-Bedroom, Multi-Family PBRA RAD Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Americus (HAA) is accepting Multi-Family Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance Demonstration waiting list applications for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments at Northside Apartments, Eastside Apartments and Scattered Sites from September 9, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Northside Apartments, located at 86 Barbara Battle Way, Americus, Georgia.
• Eastside Apartments, located at 101 Hanson Dr, Americus, Georgia.
• Scattered Sites, located in Andersonville, Plains and Leslie, Georgia.

To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up a paper application at the HAA office, located at 825 Mayo St. Americus, GA 31709.

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
