Residences of Lake in the Hills 55+ Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) is accepting Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Residences of Lake in the Hills since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Persons with disabilities transitioning from a licensed nursing facility into a private rental.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Application Method

To apply while the waiting list is open, print the application.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to McHenry County Housing Authority, 1108 N. Seminary Avenue, PO Box 1109, Woodstock, IL 60098.
