The Renaissance Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) is accepting waiting list applications for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at The Renaissance Apartments since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Renaissance Apartments are located at Woodstock Square at 205 Dean Street, Woodstock, Illinois.

Please note: According to the MCHA, "These apartments are affordable but not subsidized, and applicants must provide income documentation that demonstrates an ability to pay rent."

Preferences

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
