Mark Elrod Tower, 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The New Albany Housing Authority (NAHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Mark Elrod Tower Apartments from November 13, 2023, at 8:30 am ET, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in September, 2023.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. Pick up an application from the NAHA Main office, located at 300 Erni Avenue, New Albany, IN 47150. Applications may be picked up during regular business hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am, until 4:00 pm.
2. Print the paper application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
