Beechwood Court, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The New Albany Housing Authority (NAHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Beechwood Court from May 28, 2024, until early September 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Application Method

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Pick up an application from the NAHA Main office.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be: Returned to the NAHA office.
