St Cyr Court, Laundry Village and Hazard Towers Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Efficiency, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at St Cyr Court, Laundry Village and Hazard Towers from the earliest confirmed open date of June 17, 2024, until November 30, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• St Cyr Court - Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units.
• Hazard Towers -  Offering efficiency, one and two-bedroom units.
• Landry Village - Offering one and two-bedroom units.

Please note: According to the SPHA "Applicants must be elderly and handicapped or disabled persons."

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Low-income 55 years or older
• Elderly (62+)
• Handicapped
• Disabled persons 18 years of age and over.

Selection Process

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: Returned to the SPHA office.
