1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments is closed.

The HABC last accepted applications for this waiting list from October 5, 2021 until June 30, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HABC public notice, "Applicants must be sixty-two (62) years of age or older and qualify for a one-bedroom unit.'

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
