Lyon Homes 2 Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Baltimore County Office of Housing (BCOH) Disabled Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Lyon Homes 2 is open.

The BCOH is accepting applications for this waiting list from March 25, 2021 at 3:00 pm, until March 5, 2050 at 12:00 am ET.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Live, work or have been hired to work in Baltimore County.
• The head of household has been terminated from the County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program due to insufficient program funding.
• The head of household is displaced either due to acquisition or demolition of their unit by Baltimore County Government, or in conjunction with County redevelopment efforts.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
