Prospect Place Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Baltimore County Office of Housing (BCOH) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Prospect Place is closed.

The BCOH last accepted applications for this waiting list from an unconfirmed open date until December 31, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Live, work or have been hired to work in Baltimore County.
• The head of household has been terminated from the County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program due to insufficient program funding.
• The head of household is displaced either due to acquisition or demolition of their unit by Baltimore County Government, or in conjunction with County redevelopment efforts.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
