Massachusetts Public Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Methuen Housing Authority (WHA) Massachusetts Public Housing waiting list is currently open, from November 8, 2018, until further notice.

 There are three ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online. Select the "CHAMP" button.
2. Pick-up an application at the MHA office located at 24 Mystic Street, Methuen, Massachusetts, 01844, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
3. Call (978) 682-8607, Extension 10, to request an application sent to you by mail.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

1. Mailed to the MHA office at 24 Mystic Street, Methuen, Massachusetts, 01844.
2. Dropped off at the MHA office at the address above, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
