Tyngsborough, 2 and 3-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Chelmsford Housing Authority (CHA) last accepted Affordable waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments in Tyngsborough from the earliest confirmed open date of May 29, 2024, until August 27, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

1. Current CHA resident
2. Municipal employees
3. Employees of local businesses
4. Households of students enrolled in the Chelmsford school system.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

1. Mailed to CHOICE, Inc.
