The Chelmsford Housing Authority (CHA) last accepted Affordable waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at William Harvey Estates from the earliest confirmed open date of May 20, 2024, until July 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

1. A Chelmsford Resident
2. Employed in the Town of Chelmsford or its school system
3. Households of students enrolled in the Chelmsford school system.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

1. Mailed to CHOICE, Inc.
