Gateway Place Project-Based Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) is accepting waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Gateway Place Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of May, 2021, until further notice.

• Gateway Place is currently under construction, this development will provide 54 units of affordable, general occupancy workforce housing in studio and one-bedroom apartments. Occupancy in October 2021 is anticipated.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $44,100
• 2 Persons $50,400

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants who currently live, work, are hired to work or attend school full-time in Dakota County.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
