Senior Housing Program 2-Bedroom Multiple Properties Senior Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) is accepting Senior (62+) Housing Program waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at the communities listed below from April 15, 2019 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list opening is for the following properties:

• Farmington - Vermillion River Crossing
• Hastings - Mississippi Terrace and Rivertown Court
• Inver Grove Heights - Cahill Commons, Carmen Court and Hillcrest Pointe
• Lakeville - Argonne Hills, Crossroads Commons, Main Street Manor and Winsor Plaza
• Mendota Heights - Parkview Plaza and Village Commons
• Rosemount - Cambrian Commons and Cameo Place
• South St. Paul - Dakota Heights, River Heights Terrace and Thompson Heights
• West St. Paul - Haskell Court and The Dakotah

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

If an applicant does not have access to the Internet, they can use a computer at a local library, or visit CDA office, located at 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan; Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Preferences have not yet been been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
