Senior Housing Program 2-Bedroom Multiple Properties Senior Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) is accepting Senior (62+) Housing Program waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at the communities listed below from April 1, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list opening is for the following properties:

• Apple Valley - Cobblestone Square, Cortland Square and Orchard SquareBurnsville - Eagle Ridge Place and Park Ridge Place

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
