Bell Haven Apartments and Britland Apartments, Rural Development Project-Based Waiting List

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCCDA) is accepting Rural Development waiting list applications for Bell Haven and Britland Apartments from June 13, 2024 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Belle Haven Apartments- located at 400 South Chestnut Street Belle Plaine, MN or 415 South Meridian Street Belle Plaine, MN. Offering Efficiency, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom units.
• Britland Apartments - located at 129 Chad Circle, Jordan, Minnesota. Offering 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $68,500 | 5 Persons $105,650
• 2 Persons $78,250 | 6 Persons $113,450
• 3 Persons $88,050 | 
• 4 Persons $97,800 |

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
