Scott County Community Development Agency Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCDA) 4 and 5-Bedroom Project-Based Voucher waiting list is closed.

The SCDA last accepted applications for this waiting list from July 11, 2022, until July 20, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 6 Person household: $68,050
• 7 Person household $72,750
• 8 Person household $77,450
• 9 Person household $82,150
• 10 Person household $86,850

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
