Decatur Commons Senior Apartments, 1-Bedroom, Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) last accepted Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Decatur Commons Senior Apartments from February 29, 2024, until March 15, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "Head of Household must be 55 or older."

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Decatur Commons Senior Apartments - located in Las Vegas, NV 89107. Offering 1-bedroom apartments. 

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
