Neighborhood Stabilization Project (City) Project-Based Waiting List

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) Neighborhood Stabilization Project (City) waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 12, 2021 until July 16, 2021; when 200 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
