Richards Crossing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Richards Crossing Apartments from February 27, 2024 at 9:00 am PT, until February 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "Richards Crossing is a permanent supportive housing program for the homeless located in Carson City, Nevada. To qualify, applicants must be homeless at the time of application and must meet income requirements set by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
