The Nevada Rural Housing Authority Near Elderly and Disabled Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Southgate II is closed.

The NRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from April 11, 2022, until, the earliest confirmed date of October 19, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the NRHA, "To qualify all households must meet income requirements, and the head, spouse or co-head must be 55 or disabled at any age".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
