1, 2 and 4-Bedroom, Rental Assistance Project-Based Waiting List

The Somersworth Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Rental Assistance waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 4-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 17, 2024, until July 24, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.

Application Method

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete an application in person at the SHA Central Office.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Dropped off in person at the SHA office or at the drop box.
2. Mailed to the SHA office.
3. Faxed to the SHA.
