Fox Hill Gardens, Studio and 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Hoboken Housing Authority (HHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Fox Hill Gardens from March 27, 2023, until April 5, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veterans and surviving spouses
• Involuntary displaced persons
• Displaced for health impaired local residents
• Residents who live and work in the housing authority's jurisdiction
• Residents who live in the housings authority's jurisdiction
• Involuntary displaced non local residents
• Displaced non residents (Not residing within the housing authority's jurisdiction who are victims of domestic violence.) 
• Non residents who work in the housing authority's jurisdiction
• Hoboken residents

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
