Granville Towers Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Keansburg Housing Authority (KHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of December 18, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Granville Towers - located in Keansburg, New Jersey. Offering studio and 1-bedroom units for seniors 62+.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Call (732) 787-6151 to request an application.
2. Pick up an application from the KHA office, located at 1 Church St, Keansburg, New Jersey.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

1. Returned to the KHA office, located at address mentioned above.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $42,650 | 2 Persons $48,750

Preferences have not been yet confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
