Manhattan Place Project-Based Waiting List

The Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) last accepted waiting list applications for apartments at Manhattan Place as of February, 2022, until the earliest confirmed date of April 3, 2023 . There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
