1-Bedroom, Elderly USDA-Rural Development Senior Waiting List

The Harrison Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Elderly (62+) USDA-Rural Development apartments at Dunfee Court and Gable Estates is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

There are four ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Download and print the paper application online. Select the "APPLICATION" button for a community.
2. Call (740) 942-8372 to request an application.
3. Send an email to [email protected].
4. Pick up an application from the HMHA's administrative office, located at 82450 Cadiz-Jewett Road Cadiz, OH 43907.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veteran of the military or a surviving spouse of a military veteran
• Current resident of Harrison County
• Currently living in substandard housing or homeless
• Involuntarily displaced
• Paying more than 50% of my/our gross income towards our rent and utilities.
