Interfaith Properties Project-Based Waiting List

The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) last accepted Interfaith Properties waiting list applications from June 1, 2024, until August 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following:

• Interfaith Properties has 16 units scattered around the City of Wooster. Included are 10 three to four bedroom single family homes and 3 one to three bedroom duplexes.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

It was not yet known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the application at the WMHA main office.
