Multiple Properties Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (HACT) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for multiple properties from the earliest confirmed open date of December 6, 2018, until further notice. 

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Apache Manor - located at 2402 N Marion Ave, Tulsa, OK 74115. Units include 2, 3, 4- and 5-bedroom.
• Mohawk Manor - located at 3637 N Birmingham Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106. Units include 2, 3- and 4-bedroom.
• Autumn Ridge - located at 1713 S Memorial Drive, Tulsa. The Project-Based Voucher units are 2 and 3-bedroom units. This is not a THA owned Property.
• City Gardens  - 1 and 2-bedroom PBV units.
• Country Club Gardens - located at 959 Country Club Drive, Tulsa. The Project-Based Voucher units are 3-bedroom.
• Hudson Villas - located at 727 S Hudson Ave., Tulsa. The Project-Based Voucher units are efficiency units. This is not a THA owned property.
• Pheasant Run - located at 2002 E 73rd St., Tulsa. The Project-Based Voucher units are 0, 1 and 2-bedroom units. This is not a THA owned property.
• River West Phase I - located at 2232 South Nogales, Tulsa.
• Sandy Park - located at 6301 W 11th Pl, Tulsa, OK 74127. Units include 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom.
• Seminole Hills - located at 1624 E Virgin St, Tulsa, OK 74106. Units include 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom.
• The Lewiston - located at 5270 S Lewis Ave., Tulsa. 1 and 2-bedroom units.
• Avera Living - located at 3211 S. 79th East Ave, Tulsa, OK. Studio apartments

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veteran
• Disabled
• Victims of Domestic Violence
• Involuntary Displaced  
  • Must have a letter from FEMA indicating the displacement or you must have a letter from the PHA indicating they displaced you.
• Involuntary Displacement or 62 and older
  • Must have a letter from FEMA indicating the displacement or you must have a letter from a Public Housing Agency indicating they displaced you or you must be 62 or older.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
