Mahonia Crossings, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Salem Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Mahonia Crossings apartments from August 19, 2023, until September 4, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $29,300 | 5 Persons $45,200
• 2 Persons $33,500 | 6 Persons $48,550
• 3 Persons $37,700 | 7 Person $51,900
• 4 Persons $41,850 | 8 Persons $55,250

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
