Providence Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Providence Housing Authority (PHA) waiting list for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 2, 2020, until October 1, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete an online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 $28,700 | 4 $40,950 
• 2 $32,800 | 5 $44,250
• 3 $36,900 | 6 $47,550

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
