4-Bedroom Project-Based Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The Cumberland Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Project Based waiting list applications for Woodward St. apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of August, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: According to the CHA, "These apartments are located on Woodward St. in Cumberland."

To apply while the waitlist is open, call (401) 334-2678 to request an application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 4 Person $51,200 | 7 Persons $63,500
• 5 Persons $55,300 | 8 Persons $67,600
• 6 Persons $59,400

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
