Stratham Place, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Stratham Place from February 12, 2024, until February 19, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in March, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
