Evergreen Place Apartments, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom, LIHTC Project-Based Waiting List

The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Evergreen Place Apartments from April 1, 2024, until April 3, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
