Isabella Towers Project-Based Waiting List

The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) last accepted waiting list applications for Efficiency and 1-Bedroom apartments at Isabella Towers Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of December, 2021, until January 1, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist is open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
