Five Points Sr. Duplexes, Northgate Terrace, The Residences at Eastport and the Verandas Elderly Designated Housing Senior Waiting List

The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) last accepted Elderly Designated Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Five Points Sr. Duplexes, Northgate Terrace, The Residences at Eastport and the Verandas Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of June, 2021, until January 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Applicants must be 62 years of age or older to apply.

To apply while this waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
